As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), documentary filmmaker, and yoga teacher (200-Hr YTT), I believe in the power of language and somatic wisdom to transform old narratives. In equine-guided therapy, horses offer not only an embodied presence, but partner in your discovery and healing. They act as mirrors, offering deeper awareness and authentic change.

The EAGALA method is an equine-assisted psychotherapeutic approach that focuses on experiential learning. Through ground-based horse interactions, patterns of thinking, feeling, and behavior reveal themselves. In this space, you will encounter fresh pathways towards growth and wholeness.

Life is full of dialectics, from sadness to joy, endings to beginnings. Learning to embrace the full spectrum of life, without resisting or running away, is the journey of being human. Each day, I strive to meet that journey with self-kindness and a dash of humor. In our work together, we will do the same.
